Q: What types of vendors are allowed?
A: Anime merchandise, artists, collectibles, apparel, gaming/TCG, and automotive-related vendors are welcome. If you’re unsure whether your brand fits, contact us.
Q: What comes with my booth?
A: Vendor booths are open floor space only. Pipe & drape, tables, chairs, electricity, and booth furnishings are not included unless otherwise specified.
Q: How many badges do vendors receive?
A: Artist Alley and TCG vendor spaces include 2 vendor badges. Standard 10x10 vendor booths include 3 badges. Larger booth types include additional badges as listed.
Q: When is vendor setup / check-in?
A: Vendor setup is Friday, 1PM–7PM. Vendors must be fully set up before doors open.
Q: Do vendors have to stay both days?
A: Yes—vendors are expected to operate during the full event hours on both days unless approved otherwise by event staff.
Q: Are food vendors allowed?
A: No. The venue controls all food and beverage sales, so outside food vendors are not permitted.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Vendor booths are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. In some cases, booths may be transferred to a future event with approval.
