Q: What types of vendors are allowed?
A: We welcome anime, art, merch, apparel, and automotive-related vendors. If you're unsure if your booth qualifies, feel free to reach out!
Q: What comes with my vendor booth?
A: Each booth includes an open 10x10 or 10x20 space. Tables, chairs, and power are NOT included, so please plan accordingly. You’re welcome to bring branded tents and displays!
Q: Can I sell fan art or anime merch?
A: Yes! As long as your products fall under fair use or are your own designs. We encourage original and creative items.
Q: What time is vendor setup?
A: Vendor setup typically begins the friday before the event opens. Final setup times will be emailed the week of the event.
Q: Do vendors get wristbands or tickets?
A: Yes, vendors will receive two BeMySecret wristbands per booth for staff entry. Extra wristbands can be purchased if needed.
Q: Can I share a booth with another vendor?
A: No, booth sharing is not allowed. Each vendor must reserve their own space.
Q: Do I need a vendor license or permit?
A: Depending on what you're selling and your location, you may need a temporary sales tax permit. We’ll provide details closer to the event.
Q: Are refunds available if I cancel?
A: BeMySecret does offer refunds if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event. You may also transfer your booth to a future show (with approval).
