SHIPPING POLICY
TURNAROUND TIME
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours from our warehouses in USA. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During major sales events like Black Friday and Christmas, our order fulfillment and postal services may experience delays due to high package volume. Delivery times may be slightly longer during these periods.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
At checkout, you choose and pay for your preferred shipping method/carrier.
Once your package is handed over to the selected carrier and marked fulfilled, BeMySecret is no longer responsible for the package while in transit.
If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us. We may also refer you to the carrier’s customer service to help track your package
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link once your order is fulfilled, usually via USA Post.
If tracking information stops updating, check your local postal service’s tracking website using the same tracking number, as final delivery is typically handled by your local carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
All orders ship from USA.
If your order ships internationally, customs, duties, tariffs, or import taxes may apply when your package arrives in your country. These fees are your responsibility. BeMySecret is not responsible for these charges and does not collect or estimate them at checkout.
If an order with customs or duties fees is returned to us, we cannot refund those fees.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is on back order, we will contact you to discuss options:

Ship available items now and the rest later,

Hold the entire order until all items are ready, or

Refund the back-ordered items.
INCORRECT ADDRESS SUPPLIED
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or undeliverable and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend your package.
