ORDER PROCESSING
Every BeMySecret order is packed and shipped by our small team from the USA.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Convention & Event Schedule
Throughout the year, our team travels to conventions and events across the United States. During these periods, order processing may take 5–10 business days.
If an event is expected to cause longer delays, we will post a shipping notice on our website and social media whenever possible. We appreciate your patience and support while we're on the road representing BeMySecret.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
At checkout, you may choose your preferred shipping method and carrier.
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the selected carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue during transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in locating your package or directing you to the appropriate carrier.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, we recommend checking directly with the carrier, as tracking updates may occasionally be delayed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
All orders ship from the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase.
BeMySecret is not responsible for customs delays or fees assessed by your country's customs agency.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with the available options:

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be resent.
