📦 CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or shipping details. Please double-check your name, address, and cart before checking out. All sales are final.

💸 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS OR DISCOUNT CODE CHANGES?

We do not offer price adjustments. Discount codes are time-sensitive and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

🛠 DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at bemysecretbyghs@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll gladly send a free replacement or offer a refund.

⚠️ We do not replace items damaged from improper installation. For products like banners or decals, we recommend professional installation.

❌ WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?

If you received the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll get the correct item shipped out to you at no cost. Mistakes happen—we’ve got you covered!
