Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS YOU AGREE TO BY PURCHASING SPACE AT BeMySecret.

Booth Setup & Hours

Booths must be fully set up, manned, and intact for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown is not allowed. If you pack up before the official end time, you will be banned from future BeMySecret events. Attendees pay to experience the full event, and it's unfair to leave early. If you can't stay for the full show, please do not register.

Liability & Security

Vendors are responsible for complying with all laws. BeMySecret is not liable for losses, damages, or theft. Vendors agree to hold BeMySecret and staff harmless from any claims. Overnight security will be provided, but vendors are responsible for their own security during show hours.

Vendor Wristbands

All vendors and their booth staff will receive official BeMySecret wristbands, which must be worn at all times during setup, show hours, and tear-down. Wristbands are non-transferable and may not be sold or given away. Misuse may result in removal from the event without refund and being banned from future shows.

Staff Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for their own staff and anyone wearing their wristband. Misconduct may result in immediate removal and loss of booth space without refund.

Insurance Disclaimer

BeMySecret does not provide insurance for vendors or their property. Vendors must secure their own coverage.

Independence Clause

BeMySecret does not endorse any vendor’s products, views, or actions. All vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their transactions and conduct.

Prohibited Sales

No vape, tobacco, CBD, or smoking-related sales. This is a family-friendly, all-ages event.
No adult materials in plain view; must be bagged or hidden from minors. No sales to minors.
No hate symbols, offensive content, or political propaganda.
No live animals, nudity, gambling, or gun sales (real or replica).

Displays & Property

Displays must not exceed 12' in height without prior approval.
Do not block other booths or aisles.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue.

Abandoned Property

Any property left behind after 48 hours post-show will be considered abandoned.

Media Release

By participating in the event, vendors grant permission to be photographed and recorded for BeMySecret promotional use.

Subleasing & Branding

Vendors may not sublease space or allow national brands to operate under their name without prior approval. Standard wholesale is permitted.

Rule Changes

BeMySecret reserves the right to update these policies at any time. If changes prevent you from selling your core product, you will be notified and refunded.

Cancellation Terms

All vendor booth purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booth, you must notify us at least 30 days before the event you registered for. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and cancellations within 30 days will not be accepted.
